This booklet is about human rights in learning disability settings. It is aimed at professional's working in the community but is relevant for those working in disability services of all kinds. We use the term 'practitioner' throughout to include anyone working in learning disability settings (e.g. qualified and unqualified workers). Lots of information in the booklet may also be useful for learning disabled people using services, their family, carers or advocates.
