Communicourt, the leading provider of court appointed intermediary services in England and Wales, has launched a brand new podcast called 'Accessing Justice'. In this podcast series, Communicourt talks to some great guests about the barriers to fair access to justice for people with communication difficulties.

The Accessing Justice podcast has been launched today, on Human Rights Day. Their first guest is our very own Director, Sanchita Hosali! In this episode, Sanchita discusses how we can apply our human rights. In particular, she talks about how the Right to a Fair Trial can offer protection for a defendant or respondent with communication needs in a criminal or family court.

Sanchita's episode is the first of five, all of which cover a wide range of topics from how communication needs are considered in criminal and family courts, through to fair access to justice in police interviews. Click here to go to Communicourt's website where they talk about the launch of the Accessing Justice podcast, and where you can find information about all five of the new podcasts.
