On 13th January 2021, following the Conservative party’s manifesto commitment to update the Human Rights Act, the Government’s Independent Review Panel published its consultation questions. This Review is looking at how the Human Rights Act (HRA) is working in practice and whether any change is needed.

Our Upskilling Sessions have been set up to support people, campaigning groups and public officials to learn more about what the HRA is, what it means for you, your group or organisation and how you can act to protect these rights.

Join one of our free upskilling sessions below to be more informed and share your views on the Review of the HRA. We have three confirmed sessions in February 2021.
