Sanchita Hosali Sanchita will be braving the elements and pushing the limits, climbing tall walls (and up tunnels made of tyres!) wading through mud and ice cold rivers. Oh and did we mention the 14km run and 200 obstacles!

Sanchita is hoping to raise £1000 to help BIHR continue its vital work to bring human rights to life. As a small charity, every penny counts. For example the target of £1000 would mean BIHR could provide 1200 older people and carers with the information they need to stand up for themselves and protect their rights. So what are you waiting for, get on and support Sanchita!

Thank you so much to all those who sponsored me as I took on The Nuts Challenge to raise money for the British Institute of Human Rights. It was a gruelling obstacle race, which appeared short(ish) on paper at 14km but with 200 obstacles and more mud than I ever thought possible (see the picture evidence!) it took me over 5 hours to complete! At the halfway point the thought of a warm shower was very tempting, but knowing that you helped me raise over £1000 for BIHR kept me going. So thank you! As a small charity that receives limited donations your support really does make the difference in helping us make sure that people have access to information about human rights in their everyday lives.
