Share your Human Rights Act story!

At BIHR we hear evidence and stories of why our Human Rights Act matters everyday

Right now, it is more important than ever to be making clear to those in power that we believe our Human Rights Act Matters.

We know there are hundreds of stories and reasons out there as to why people, groups and organisations know that our Human Rights Act matters.

In response to the government’s proposal to reform the Human Rights Act, we’re gathering stories about how the Human Rights Act has changed lives, both inside and outside of the courtroom.

You can find out more about what we are doing at BIHR in response to this and get involved here: https://www.bihr.org.uk/human-rights-act-reform

If you share your story with us we may use it in our training, resources and policy work so that we can help others to make change through human rights. (We’ll keep your story anonymous if you ask us to below.)

You can also tell us about your experience by phone or email, or if you would like us to stop using an experience that you have previously shared with us in our work, please get in touch by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject: Share my HRA story.
