BIHR is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Programme Support Assistant to provide logistical and administrative support to programme, policy and practice work, and contributes to core functions of the organisation. You will be experienced in maintaining systems and processes which ensure the smooth running and delivery of events, resources and partnerships. This includes supporting our capacity-building and training programmes with services, advocates and regulators in health and social care, and handling the logistics for our national community outreach programme (the Human Rights Tour). You will have excellent communications with experience of managing relations with a range of external stakeholders including suppliers, clients and partners and making the most of marketing opportunities, using the telephone, face-to-face, email and social media.

You will be committed to working in a busy small team. Although based in London, BIHR works across the UK, this post may therefore involve some travel and overnight stays.
