It's an exciting time for BIHR. As part of our ongoing work to help people use human rights in everyday situations, we are delivering two projects with partners in mental healthcare and advocacy service settings across England.

To assist us in evaluating the impact of our work in these areas, we are inviting external evaluators to tender for either one or both of the projects.

If you are interested, you can read about our projects, the essential criteria for applicants and intructions for how to apply for the external evaluator vacancy by downloading the full Invitation to Tender document here

The deadline for submitting tenders is 9am on Monday 19 January 2015. Interviews will be conducted in the afternoon of Thursday 22 January or Friday 23 January. Work is anticipated to begin on Monday 26 January with the first meeting date on Monday 2 February.

Submissions and any enquiries should be made by email (preferably) to Helen Wildbore, Senior Human Rights Officer ( marked “Health Evaluator Tender” or by post to BIHR, School of Law, Queen Mary, University of London, Mile End Road, London, E1 4NS.
