Tuesday 3rd October 10am-1pm

‘A Human Rights Approach to Hospital Discharge’ will take place in London on Tuesday 3 October at 10am (ending by 1pm). The learning event provides a space for people working on hospital discharge, and related issues, to learn and discuss how human rights can help you to work collaboratively to improve outcomes for patients.

Whether you work in service design or delivery, as a regulator or a Commissioner, come along and join the discussions. The session will cover:

  • Human rights and hospital discharge: what you need to know
  • Using human rights in practice: real life examples
  • Working collaboratively: using a human rights approach

You will also have the opportunity to tell us what key challenges or barriers you face around hospital discharge, to feed into a bespoke toolkit we are producing. You will be invited back to a follow-up session (scheduled to take place on 7 February) where you will receive a free copy of the toolkit, and have the opportunity to further build your knowledge and confidence on human rights.

Places are free but are extremely limited, we will be in touch on Tuesday 26th September to confirm your booking.
