RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" and is an XML-based format used to syndicate and distribute content. BIHR offers a RSS feeds for our latest news. The feed contains headlines and links back to our web site for the full article. Our RSS feed is completely free to access.
There are several ways to subscribe to RSS feeds. You can use a web-based feed reader or install a news aggregator that will display RSS feeds from websites you select to track the latest updates and headlines, all in one place! Once you select a reader, you can add feeds by clicking on the orange "RSS" button next to the feed.
The BBC web site provides an excellent and more detailed overview on using RSS.
