New publication: Raising a human rights issue: tips and tools
Many of the groups we work with have requested a step-by-step approach to identifying and making human rights challenges. This publication is focussed on how to write a letter raising concerns under the Human Rights Act but it also raises more general points about which issues to highlight, important information that should be included in any challenge, and how to escalate a complaint if it is not being dealt with adequately. The guide offers worked-through examples and should be useful for individuals or organisations looking for basic background information and assistance.
