The annual Paul Sieghart Memorial Lecture was held in memory of the great contribution made by Paul Sieghart to the advancement of human rights throughout the UK. Paul Sieghart was instrumental in making BIHR a success in its earlier years. His son, William Sieghart, is a member of BIHR’s Advisory Board.
