At this one day conference BIHR Director Katie Ghose will address 120 delegates from the East Sussex Children's Service Department, local schools and partner agencies to discuss what human rights brings to the Equality Bill 2009, particularly in relation to participation and engagement. The conference aims to raise awareness and develop the understanding of service providers on how best to meet statutory requirements on equality, participation and engagement in order to promote positive outcomes for every child and young person.
