This report provides a summary of a learning event that took place on 23 November 2010 as part of the human rights and local government project. This event brought together the project leads and key stakeholders from each local authority with members of the project advisory group. They shared their experiences and learning to date on what has worked and what has been challenging and discussed what they saw as important next steps in efforts to make human rights a reality for everyone who accesses local government services.
